• The polished blade of the knife is 210 mm long and therefore also ideal for long and large pieces of meat
• Made from rust-proof Daido 1K6 stainless steel with a low carbon content and gives the blade a high cutting capacity thanks to its very finely polished edge
• The elegant handle is made of very hard, oiled and therefore waterproof sequoia wood (softwood).
